How do I invite a new employee?

Go to the "Team" tab within your organization's panel. Press the floating (+) button to add a member, enter their email, and assign them a role ('manager' or 'employee'). The system will send them an invitation to join your team.

How do the Schedule Templates work?

Templates are the fastest way to plan. First, create an ideal weekly schedule on the "Schedules" tab. Once it's ready (published or in draft), go to its detailed view, and in the top menu, select "Save as Template". The next time you create a new schedule, you can use the "Load from Template" button to replicate the entire shift structure in seconds.

What's the difference between a "Draft" and a "Published" schedule?

A "Draft" schedule is only visible to managers and owners. You can edit it, add, and remove shifts with complete freedom. A "Published" schedule is visible to all team employees. Once published, employees will receive a notification (if notifications are enabled) and will be able to see their assigned shifts.

How do I deactivate an employee who no longer works with me?

In the "Team" tab, click on the employee. This will take you to their profile screen. There you will find the "Deactivate Employee" option. When you do this, the employee will lose access to the organization, but all their history (clocked hours, requests, etc.) will be preserved for your records.

How do I manage time-off or vacation requests?

All employee requests arrive in the "Requests" tab. In the "Pending" section, you can click on each request to view the details and decide whether to approve or deny it. Managed requests will automatically move to the "History".

Can I assign vacation directly to an employee?

Yes. Go to the "Team" tab, click on the employee, and in their profile, select "Manage Vacation". From there, you can add, edit, or delete their vacation periods, which will be automatically reflected in the availability system.

How do I see my upcoming shifts?

Your next shift will always appear on a featured card on your main screen (Home). Additionally, on your organization's screen, the "My Schedule" tab shows you a complete calendar with all your shifts for the month, including approved vacations and time off.

How do I clock in and out?

Within your organization's screen, go to the "Clock-in" tab. There you will find a large button to "Clock In". Once you've clocked in, the button will change to "Clock Out" for you to press at the end of your workday.

What is my GPS location used for?

GPS usage is optional and only activated if your company's administrator requires it. If activated, the app will record your location only at the exact moment you press the "Clock In" and "Clock Out" buttons to verify that you are at the workplace.

How can I see my worked hours?

You can view a detailed record of all your clocked and scheduled hours in the "My Hours" section, accessible from the application's main menu (hamburger icon ☰).

I've read an announcement, can I view it again?

Yes. On your organization's screen, go to the "Announcements" tab. New announcements appear in the "New" tab. Once read, they move to the "Viewed" tab, where you can view them whenever you want.
